Renee’s Bookkeeping LLC is a professional bookkeeping service dedicated to helping
small- and medium-sized businesses manage their financial records accurately and
efficiently. The company offers various services, including bookkeeping, payroll
management, payroll compliance, and auditing specializing in the construction industry.


Renee’s Bookkeeping LLC was founded in 2010 by Renee Bryant as a Woman Owned Small
Business (WOSB) after holding the position of Controller for thirteen years with a minority
general contractor in the City of Detroit recognized a gap in the market for reliable
bookkeeping services for small construction contractors in the City of Detroit. With a
background in project accounting, I aimed to provide personalized support to contractors
struggling with their financial processes.


Starting as a one-person operation, the company quickly gained a reputation for its
attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. As word-of-mouth referrals grew
Renee’s Bookkeeping LLC expanded its team, bringing on skilled professionals with diverse
expertise in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and Davis Bacon compliance.


Over the years, Renee’s Bookkeeping LLC has embraced technology, using cloud-based
accounting software to streamline processes and improve service delivery. This innovation
has allowed the company to serve clients remotely, making it accessible to a broader
audience in the construction and manufacturing industries.
